Whipped cream is a great ingredient for a ton of different dishes: you can use it as a topping for fruit like strawberries or blackberries, top hot chocolate with it, or use a dollop to garnish a slice of pie. Whipped Cream
Makes: 2 cups
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup confectioner's sugar
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Stir the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl, then beat on high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Be sure not to over beat or the cream will break.
TIP: Put your mixing bowl in the freezer for a few minutes before using.
